two words..........

I'M STARVING
I hate getting my body used to less intake. It's seems crazy I know. I ate all my points the last two days. It's a mind thing. Wish me luck!

Im sorry your starving, but you are doing great. You can do this. Good luck. Just eat A LOT of carrotts sticks. YUM YUM...

Em...
ALWAYS eat ALL your points and your bonus points and your exercise points. In other words... EAT ALL THE POINTS YOU ARE OFFERED!! You're body will loose eating ALL of them. Then when you reach a plateau you will have something to cut back on. This is the most valuable tip I can give you as an old Weight Watcher employee!

You can do it! Just find low point foods and yummy snacks. I will send you an email of all the great food finds Ive found. Eat lots of little meals through out the day so you dont feel so hungry either and drink WATER! Lots of WATER! Maybe the kids and I can come visit you at work and we can chat and I can give you some good recipes. Let us know when your available!

I am so glad you came tonight! We are all a little crazy and LOUD, but I'm sure you're used to it with your big family:) I am starting WW next week if it kills me! We'll have to share ideas....I want to actually look pregnant next time!! Have a great weekend.
